About the Director
Richardson & Wrench Circular Quay/City is operated by founding Director, Francis Fusco.
Francis has over 18 years experience in the real estate industry. For the past eight years Francis has focused on the sale of high-end apartments in the northern end of Sydney CBD (see Recent Sales).
Francis also has experience in the inner-city property development market in Sydney and Melbourne. He has worked closely with developers on small to large CBD residential developments, and has expertise in both off-the-plan, final stage sales and re-sales.
He has a passion for ‘inspired’ inner-city developments with architectural merit that provide unique living spaces for people, and he has extensive knowledge of high-rise apartments.
His professional approach means his sales strategies are tailor-made for each individual property he sells. A vendor can be assured that Francis’ recommendations are well-researched and based on up-to-the-minute information on what is happening in the market.
Moreover, Francis takes great pride in his ability to work with all parties to negotiate a win-win situation for both vendor and purchaser. He believes in open and honest communication with his clients and hence most of his business is based on referrals from previously satisfied clients.
